    What We Are Looking For

     

    Universal Service Group is seeking a Director of Construction at their corporate office in Omaha, Nebraska.  

     

    What You Will Do

     

    The Director of Construction will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of all construction projects.  He or she will have the ability to control the bidding process, manage subcontractors as well as company labor, maintain project budget and schedule, perform quality control and enforce OSHA and company safety policies at all job sites.  The Director of Construction will also actively seek new projects and be able to provide timely bids for in-house tenant improvement jobs.

     

     

    Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

     

    • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); HVAC Certification is required, or the ability to obtain certification with one year of employment

    • Three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
