Seldin Company is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist at our corporate office in Omaha, Nebraska.
What You Will Do
The Senior Payroll Specialist will administer payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while processing and managing changes for the Seldin payroll. This role will also prepare detailed payroll reports and other tasks assigned within the HR department. The Senior Payroll Specialist role requires a strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
2-4 years of payroll processing experience strongly preferred.
HRIS proficiency strongly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
Previous experience using Ultimate Software a plus.
Payroll tax experience a plus
Experience managing large amounts of data and analyzing that data to provide metrics and dashboards.
