What We Are Looking For

Seldin Company is seeking a self-motivated individual who is ready to make a difference in the lives of our customers as a Community Leasing Specialist at Highland Ridge I and Highland Ridge II apartment communities in Manhattan, KS.  These are Tax Credit and Conventional properties with 240 units.  This position will pay between $14-15/hour based on experience.

What You Will Do

The Community Leasing Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home as well as provide exceptional customer service to the community’s existing residents.
