What You Will Do
The Operations Support Specialist role serves as a strategic partner to VPs in property management. This role is a liaison between property staff, Regionals, VPs, and department staff and will assist in simplifying the collaboration and connections with others in the company. The role also ensures that the operations of the properties in their assigned area of oversight comply with the standards and expectations of Seldin Company and property-specific goals. The Operations Support Specialist should use management and leadership skills to train, motivate and empower associates to reach their goals and those of the properties. Travel will depend on the portfolio's location or changes to the portfolio.
Skills and Requirements
- Five or more years of related experience in property management
- Property management experience with both conventional and affordable communities
- Ability to travel through designated portfolio
- Self-motivated and self-directed to work with or without supervision
